In 2017 he slightly modified his name from Mike Towers to Myke Towers as a tribute to the movement known as Young Kingz of which he is part of. He changed the letter i into a y initial letter in the name of the movement. Myke towers is an Puerto Rico underground rapper who began his career in the teen years. He published his freestyles and his original compositions on his SoundCloud. He became known in 2014 with songs such as Dia de cobro Por Mi Es Normal and En los Bloques. Also the La Nueva Droga rap and Drake's 0 To 100 song attracted the attention of urban music fans.
